We believe the relationships we have with people are essential to deepening our relationship with Christ. Both are necessary and neither is sufficient in and of itself. In the New Testament we see the clear example that Christian life is more than simply coming together once a week; it’s actively serving each other by following Jesus’ model – putting time, energy, and love into each relationship to support spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.
